Write down exactly what the software must do, in a plan you approve (a BRD and SDD), aligned with the ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148 standard

Design it with you: we agree how it works and looks before writing any code

Build in the open: weekly demos and automated release pipelines, so you steer as we go

Test it together: you check it against the agreed list and sign off (user acceptance testing)

Finish testing and launch, with full documentation and a supported handover
